Weston, W.Va. (April 2017) – Offering a lavish culinary display in a beautiful setting, Stonewall Resort has an unforgettable Easter Brunch and Dinner planned for Sunday, April 16, resort officials announced. Additionally, the resort will host a children’s Easter egg hunt for resort guests on the property.
“Many in the region come back year-after-year to enjoy our Easter brunch,” said Steve Ludwig, director of sales and marketing at Stonewall Resort. “We look forward to treating families to an over-the-top Easter meal while they enjoy the company of family and friends.”
Ludwig said the brunch menu will feature: peel and eat shrimp and oysters on the half shell, iceberg BLT salad, cheese tortellini antipasti, scrambled fresh eggs, buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy, smoked bacon and country sausage, chocolate chip pancakes with maple syrup, hash brown casserole, slow roasted prime rib, grilled chicken breast with tomatoes, olives and herbs, broiled Atlantic salmon with saffron butter, hickory smoked pit ham, Boursin whipped potatoes, three cheese tortellini with alfredo, Stonewall green beans, and, an assortment of desserts and baked goods.
The Easter Bunny will make an appearance between 11-1:30 pm in the resort lobby and will be available for pictures. The Easter egg hunt will take place at the resort’s Bright Star Park at 2pm and is for resort and brunch guests. A variety of family lawn games will be offered following the egg hunt.
The Easter buffet will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00pm with breakfast ending at 2pm. The cost is $38 for adults, $19 for children ages 6-12, and free for those age 5 and under. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
Guests may also enjoy a round of golf on the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, taking out a kayak or hiking throughout the resort’s trail system.
